Discussion & Consideration of Amended Pool & Tattoo Inspection 28E Contract Between Iowa Department of Health & Human Services and Story County Board of Health Updating the Geographical Boundaries

This amendment will give Story County the authority to perform inspections in Polk County.  Inspections would be requested by DHHS on an as needed basis with Story County having the ability to decline due to scheduling conflicts or lack of availability.  Amends contract # 28E-2023-PTT-85
