Join Pooches in the Park for a guided romp through Robison Wildlife Acres this spring.
The guided hike will take place on Saturday, April 14 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. at Robison Wildlife Acres (29490 632nd Ave.) northwest of Maxwell.
Beautiful woodland flowers and abundant song birds make Robison Wildlife Acres a “must see” for hiking enthusiasts and their pets in the spring. We’ll allow plenty of time for the pooches to get their feet wet and help sniff out morel mushrooms. The hike will end with refreshments and treats.
Hikers must have proof of current rabies vaccination for their pets in order to participate. All dogs must be on a 6-foot leash (maximum). Non-aggressive dogs only! There is no fee for this event; pre-registration is required by 4:30 p.m., Friday, April 13.
Robison Wildlife Acres is located at 295th Street and 632nd Avenue (5.5 miles south of U.S. Highway 30 on County Road S-14, then one mile east on 295th Street.) Participants will meet in the Robison Wildlife Acres parking lot. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes.
