What type of application should I submit?

To determine what type of application to submit, you may contact the Planning and Development Department and consult the Story County Land Development Regulations. A conceptual review meeting is required before most applications can be made. Conceptual Review meetings occur each Thursday at 9:30 AM in the Story County Assessor's Conference Room, 900 6th Street, Nevada. Applications are due by noon on Tuesday to be addressed at the Thursday meeting. Applications for Conceptual Review and development request can be found on the Applications and Permits page.
